Please note that, at this time, no order may be shipped outside of the United States.

Shipping Rates & Policies

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page the cost of shipping will be shown and you have the option not to complete the order if you for any reason change your mind.

Depending on the shipping service provider for your order, a package may be left without a signature at the discretion of the shipping service provider. Mt. Morava Artisans can do nothing to prevent this from occurring.

Orders will typically arrive within 2 weeks (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) following receipt of shipping confirmation email. The scheduled delivery date will be outlined within your shipment confirmation email.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours (except during weekends or Holidays). However, your order may be delayed depending on quantity ordered and our inventory. If we are not able to ship within 72 hours we will contact you by email.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Potential Delays & Shipping Problems

Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume of packages.

Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information. Shipping information cannot be updated or changed once the order has been completed and shipped from our facility. Please make sure that all information under Shipping is correct before finalizing your order.

While not common, shipping problems can occur. Mt. Morava Artisans is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you encounter a problem with your order that is related to shipping, please file with UPS/USPS.

If you have not received your shipment within the expected delivery time, or if the shipment has been delivered but is not in your possession, please have your order number ready and e-mail us at __________.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please e-mail us photos at ______ and do not open the box or remove any of the packaging materials. We will have to process a damage claim with the shipping provider, have the damaged merchandise picked up from your location and give you further instructions to receive a replacement.


Sales are made on a non-returnable basis and, as such, are final. We take pride in our products, and should you have any queries, we encourage you to contact us for details prior to purchase. We do not accept returns if you simply do not like the item you ordered. However, we do accept return for items damaged during shipment. We will either refund you or send you the replacement after we receive the returned damaged item.

Payment Options

We kindly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and PayPal for payment during checkout.

If we are unable to process payment on your credit card, please ensure the credit card number and expiration date were entered correctly and that the billing name and address exactly match your credit card statement. If any of these are incorrect, it may delay your shipment. You will be notified via email if a problem exists with the payment information you provided during checkout. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Alternatively, we accept checks and money orders. Orders paid by check or money order will not be processed until payment in full has been received.

Information We Collect

We will not give, sell, or lease your personal information to third parties.

We ask you for information such as your name, e-mail address, shipping address, billing address and payment information so we can process your order. If necessary, we might use this information to contact you during the processing of your order. We also use your information to personalize your shopping experience (such as a personal greeting).

Only the portions of your personal information that are required to process and ship your order are shared with our payment processing provider and our shipping carrier. They will only use this information in the service of fulfilling your order and will never use it for marketing purposes.
